CLASSIC WORK

CITIC Tower

The architectural concept of Beijing CITIC Tower originates from the image of "Zun", a precious traditional Chinese ritual vessel. The building stands tall and reaches straight into the clouds, displaying a towering and upright posture. Its appearance naturally shrinks from bottom to top, forming a stable and atmospheric financial image. At the same time, the top gradually enlarges, enjoying the infinite scenery alone in the clouds, and finally forming a slightly tapered hyperbolic architectural shape in the middle, making this building stand tall among the skyscrapers in the CBD core area and clearly reflect the solemn oriental charm.

Beijing CBD Cultural Center

The project is developed from a concept of two separate volumes of mirror-finished stainless steel, linked by a transparent and permeable glassing atrium containing several sculptural staircases that connects all the public functions inside the building.
