On January 13th, the opening ceremony of Asia Pacific Designers Federation (APDF) Greater China Yunnan Council Branch's Preparatory Conference was held in Kunming. During the event it was our pleasure to welcome APDF Founder and International Council Secretary, General He Changcheng, APDF Deputy Council President and President of Taiwan Council Branch, Cheng Guangxiong, President of APDF Greater China Academic Committee and the Vice Director of the Central Academy of Fine Arts at the School of Urban Design, Huang Jiancheng,  APDF Singapore Council Representative, Wang Shengjie, APDF Hunan Council Representative, Zhoukai, former Party Secretary and Deputy Director General of the Cultural Department of Yunnan Province, the Counselor of the People's Government of Yunnan Province, the Executive Director of Yunnan private entrepreneurs association, Hua Zefei, Vice- President of the College of Art Design at the Yunnan University of Art, Li Yiwen, as well as many important representatives of Design Schools from the Art and Design College of Yunnan University, celebrities, and designers.

Following the conclusion of the ceremony, Oskar He （He Changcheng）, the President of the APDF Executive Committee, accompanied by Professor Li, Vice President of YIAD, went to the Yunnan Institute of Art Design and Kunming Exhibition Center and other creative bases. This trip was conducted as a way to investigate and survey the official establishment of the APDF Council Branch and for increased cooperation in the development and progress of future projects.

and National Professional Make-up Artist Yangyang is giving a speech.
