On February 24th,Jingdezhen, the world'sceramic capital,celebrated a grand eventblending industry leadersand innovativeelements. The lAl Ceramic Innovation Awardslaunch and the "Film + Intangible Cultura!Heritage + Cultural Creative lP Going Global"unveiling marked a new era for Jingdezhen'sceramic and cultural creative industries on theglobal stage.The event was attended bygovernment leaders,Oskar Ho(Asia Pacific Designers Federation), Thom Palmen (formerEuropean Film Festival President), and otherdomestic and international guests, witnessinga pivotal moment for the industry.

After the event successfully concluded, Huang Tao, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Jingdezhen Municipal Government, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Changnan New Area, and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Foreign Affairs Office of Jingdezhen City, together with relevant leaders of the People's Government of Changnan District, cordially met with representatives of Chinese and foreign guests such as President Oskar Ho and Mr. Thom Palmen. The government expressed a warm welcome to professionals from all walks of life and emphasized that Jingdezhen is standing at a new development starting point and urgently needs the wisdom and strength of all parties to empower the city. It is hoped that by focusing on the inheritance of cultural heritage, breakthroughs in design innovation, and in-depth integration of culture and tourism within the ceramic industry chain, and with the leading role of leading enterprises and the close cooperation between industry, education, and research, Jingdezhen, this renowned cultural and tourism city with a long history, will be pushed to a higher international development platform, allowing the world to rediscover the charm and value of Jingdezhen.

At the event site, Zhang Ying, a member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Changnan New Area in Jingdezhen City, on behalf of the government of the Changnan New Area, extended the warmest welcome to the guests who came from afar. She introduced that the Changnan New Area, as the core area of the construction of the National Experimental Zone, is the "strategic growth pole" for the development of the advanced ceramic industry in the whole city in the future. At the same time, she  especially recommended the venue of this event, the Mingfangyuan. Mingfangyuan is committed to inheriting and protecting the traditional Chinese ceramic techniques and striving to build itself into a "condensed version of Jingdezhen", enabling tourists and creators to experience the essence of the porcelain capital's culture in one stop. Zhang Ying warmly welcomed people from the art and design circles around the world to come for inspections, sightseeing, learning, exchanges, and entrepreneurship, and join hands to create new glories in the ceramic cultural industry.

Subsequently, Oskar Ho, President of the Asia-Pacific Designers Federation and founder of  the IAI Design Award, delivered an excellent speech. In his speech, he highly praised the profound heritage of Jingdezhen as the Porcelain Capital for thousands of years and emphasized that in the future, the Asia Pacific Designers Federation will be deeply rooted in  Jingdezhen relying on the platform of the IAI Ceramic  Innovation Award. Through all round cooperation with local governments, enterprises, academic circles,  and research institutions, it will introduce global cutting-edge design concepts and a broad international  perspective to help Jingdezhen ceramics break through regional limitations and step onto the central stage of the world, continuing the legend of the thousand-year-old porcelain capital.

Thom Palmen , the former Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the European Film Festival, stated that the smooth start of the first volume of the Jingdezhen Film Trilogy is a good beginning. In the future, he will introduce the European Film Festival and related film resources and carry out crossborder cooperation with Jingdezhen in the fields of film + ceramic cultural and creative design. By using films to spread the cultural and tourism and ceramic culture of Jingdezhen, he hopes to let the world appreciate the charm of the porcelain capital through the big screen.

In a warm atmosphere, the Asia Pacific Designers Federation signed strategic cooperation agreements  with many units, including the Jingdezhen Ceramic Group, Jingdezhen University, and the Jingdezhen Ceramic Historical and Cultural Research Association. This measure will integrate the advantageous resources of all parties, inject strong impetus into the innovative development of the ceramic industry in Jingdezhen, promote the indepth integration of industry, education, and research, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the ceramic industry, and explore an innovative development path for the ceramic industry with Jingdezhen characteristics.

At the same time, the Press Conference of the "Film + Intangible Cultural Heritage + Cultural and Creative IP Going Global" project in Jingdezhen was grandly held at Chengdexuan, a

national level production oriented protection demonstration base for intangible cultural heritage in Mingfangyuan. Many elites from the cultural, design, and art circles, as well as the heads of units such as the Office of the Management Committee of the National Experimental Zone and the Jingdezhen Ceramic Culture International Exchange Center, gathered together to jointly participate in the construction of the IAI Ceramic Innovation Award Industry Innovation and Development Platform. The establishment of this platform marks the official launch of the cultural and creative IP of Jingdezhen going global and opens a new chapter in the integrated development of the city's culture and industry.

This grand event is not only an annual event in the ceramic industry and cultural and creative field of Jingdezhen but also an important milestone in the city's development process. It has built a bridge for Jingdezhen to the world, promoted the indepth integration of the city's culture and industry, and enabled Jingdezhen to stride towards the international stage, shining more brightly in the wave of global cultural and economic exchanges.
