On June 28, 2024, during the 16th IAI Awards Ceremony held in Xiamen, the launch ceremony of the first AI Design Award Competition in 2024 was grandly held. This new competition will become an international professional design competition with AI as its core content.

The AI Design Award is derived from the international authoritative design competition IAI Design Award. It will focus on the evaluation of AI's ability in the field of design, and is a new track for IAI Design Award to support the integration of technology and design. As a newly added IAI Design Award special competition, this award aims to promote the exploration of infinite possibilities of creativity based on AI technology. It has emerged in response to the current global trend of AI development, aiming to stimulate creative thinking among creators through competitions, drive the rapid development of AI technology, and empower innovation and transformation in related fields.

I believe this competition will bring new vitality and breakthroughs to the design industry, promote the deep integration of design and technology, and create more remarkable innovative achievements.
