APDF was invited to participate in the docking conference of the core area (Zhenan Science and Technology City) of Wenzhou National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone on the morning of June 10, 2019. Yao Gaoyuan, deputy Secretary of Wenzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor, Wang Chi, Vice Mayor, and Chen Yingxu, secretary of the Longwan District Party Committee and secretary of the Party Committee of the High-tech Zone, attended the event. More than 40 representatives of high-level talents at home and abroad, as well as scientists, experts, scholars, engineers, colleges, entrepreneurs and media from home and abroad participated in the event.

The 17 high-level talent projects signed by the docking conference are all in the digital economy, involving artificial intelligence, big data, and Internet of Things technologies. This is also the collective signing of the largest talent project in Wenzhou High-tech Zone. Oskar Ho, the founding chairman of APDF, was invited to attend the event and signed the cooperation intention of APDF international intelligent and fashion design platform to settle in Wenzhou.

Professor Zhao Weidong, from Fudan University and representatives from the business community have made special speeches. In the afternoon, project roadshows and docking exchanges were held.

Zhejiang South Science and Technology New City is a strategic platform created by the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government. The new face of Wenzhou opening to the outside world with the important mission of Wenzhou's innovation demonstration, industry leadership and urban eastward expansion. The purpose of this activity is to explore the creation of a new highland, a new platform for the integration of science and technology financial elements, a new benchmark for the integration of science and technology financial elements, a new benchmark for the eastern part of Wenzhou City, and a national demonstration city integration demonstration zone.
