On February 3, 2020, APDF presdient Oskar Ho, met with professor Martha, the dean of the IE School of Architecture and Design, the top international design school in Spain, Executive Director and Deputy Dean Ms. Dianna in Madrid. Though cordial and effective communication, two partites reached a series of cooperation plans, and signed a cooperation agreement at the dinner scene specially arranged by Dean Martha. In the future, the two parties will cooperate through high-level design courses and carry out in-depth cooperation on design activities including exhibitions, design competitions, international design centers and other projects and in-depth cooperation projects such as establishment of scholarships for APDF in the IE College, providing a valuable international cooperation platform for Chinese and Western designers.

On January 19, 2020, APDF president Oskar Ho was invited to visit the Sapienza University of Rome near the center of Rome for a visit, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the APDF-Asia Pacific Designers Federation with the largest university in Italy-Sapienza University of Rome , the two sides mutually recognize each other's reputation and influence in their respective fields. In the future, they will carry out all-around cooperation in design education, academic exchanges, career development and other related projects, so as to establish a comprehensive and diversified international cooperation mechanism among the federation, college and research institution, to promote the advent of the era of global design collaboration.
