The project is located in the central core area of Changsha County Economic Development Zone, adjacent to the ring expressway and close to Huanghua Airport, enabling quick connections to surrounding cities.  

The conceptual approach integrates ecology with the digital economy, employing a design strategy of "streets threading through gardens" to create a distinctive urban green valley. It establishes a favorable urban image interface, introduces an ecological landscape axis, and enhances visual permeability through clustered layouts, reinforcing spatial hierarchy.  

The master plan adopts a "two axes, one core, one belt" structure—featuring a central landscape axis and an industrial space axis running through the entire park, an interactive vitality core at their intersection, and an urban image belt encircling the project—to foster open and dynamic communal spaces within the park.
