Indian Potash Limited Corporate Tower——Potash Tower

This project transcends conventional paradigms for agricultural chemical enterprise headquarters by translating potassium molecular crystalline structures into architectural vocabulary. Its signature diagrid exoskeleton (Dia-Grid System), constructed through modular assembly of prefabricated steel components, achieves a synthesis of structural efficiency and spatial aesthetics. Tested by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), the system demonstrates a 37% enhancement in lateral stiffness compared to conventional frameworks, offering novel insights for wind-resistant design of high-rise buildings in tropical regions.

Passive Energy-Saving Composite Strategy

The design team's industry-referenced innovations include:
This technical system has earned IGBC Gold certification, with relevant data incorporated into the Energy-Efficient Design Guidelines for Tropical Office Buildings (2024 Edition).
The ground-floor "Potassium Element Exhibition Atrium" employs interactive installations to visualize agrochemical knowledge. Modular office units support 16 functional reconfigurations, accommodating the R&D needs of agricultural technology enterprises.

1. Double-glazed ceramic fritted curtain wall system‌ (U-value ≤1.2 W/m²K)

2. Southwest-oriented core buffer zone‌ (63% thermal radiation attenuation rate)

3. Rooftop photovoltaic array integrated with vertical greening‌ (annual carbon reduction of 42 tons)
