The overall project showcases the design's respect for Shenyang Smart City Operation and Management Center,in accordance with the relevant requirements of the municipal party committee and government, is an integrated, intelligent and efficient integrated urban comprehensive management platform built as a whole withthe construction concept of "digital empowerment,enabling the city to think" and "innovation driven high-quality development to promote urban digital transformation".

Designer Yi Zhenhua was invited to carry out the overall design of the project, reflecting the transformation of Shenyang from an old industrial city to a new high-tech city, getting rid of the inherent impression and mode of thinking of government projects, and endowing Shenyang with a sense of science and technology and a sense of the future.
