The Marriott Hotel is located in the Wanshan Islands, east of Hengqin Island in Zhuhai. This architecturally embedded in the mountain with the island's rich and romantic natural scenery and unique grand humanistic landscape, creating a magnificent masterpiece of harmonious coexistence between nature and man-made elements.

The design concept of "Romantic Encounter" runs through the overall area design of the hotel. The project takes the form of a set of nested concentric circles: the upper half circle is a sculptural building with strong regional characteristics and aesthetic appeal; the lower half circle is a soft and extended landscape building that blends with the mountainous terrain. When viewed from the sea, the appearance is like a happy ring, symbolizing sweetness and romance. The "Diamond of Dong'ao" at the mountain top serves as the best viewpoint, offering a panoramic view of the island with its radiant sunrise and colorful rays.
