As a small-scale reconstruction, the project is changing a disused warehouse into a wine experience store, featuring various sense experiences. Thus, we abandoned artificial lightings, gradevins，sofas, carpets or any other traditional construction techniques. Instead, we mimic nature’s texture and lighting to design the space. Appreciating nature is the key concept in wine industry, as well as the direction of our creation. We use wood and white stoving varnish to create part of nature images including mountains, rivers, terraces, growth rings, clouds etc., By doing this, nature’s texture has perfectly and uniquely cooperated into the space, flying in the sky and staying on the furniture, Time seems to stop while nature seems to freeze at the moment. With our respect to nature，we implement such technique to express a harmonious relationship between space, human beings, and nature

Memories of woodland, breathing the natural charm – Blue Lake Restaurant They seek to construct a unique building, in harmony with the surrounding natural world, growing out from the woods, and still keeping the life of the original building without being interfered, continuing to run inherently and flowing out of it, making the nature become a driving force behind the building, presenting the user with a history which keeps and blends perfectly into its surrounding. Trees are growing out of the building to form a thick umbrella canopy which covers the roof and wraps the entire building. Therefore, designers eliminate the shield by enclosing Ming Pavilion with glass, which allows the leaves and branches to filter the sun, rain, dew, wind, snow and moon light, to release the homely feeling of being surrounded by nature, to sense the fast-changing natural breath along with the whether transformation. Settings of inside and outside of the yard complement each other. The inner yard which is the heart of the building inhales the natural breath spreading from the outside. At the same time, the building exhales its own sign of life, making the whole building breathe in the woods cheerfully and freely. Taiwan has the highest motorcycle density in the world. Incidentally, we came across a motorcycle junkyard and found lots of salvage parts. Then, we started to think the connection between those parts and things that we use everyday? We started with the headlamp. And, that’s how we came with the idea of our Vintage Motorcycle Table and Floor Lamps. We are two interior designers and an industrial designer working side by side with the same passion and beliefs in design. We overcome every designing obstacles and hope that we can bring our Vintage Motorcycle Table and Floor Lamps to the world. We went through many types of headlamps and finally found a perfect shape for our table lamp. A shape which reflects that motorcycle spirit deep within our heart. A round classic lampshade, short cap-like cover, and a touch of blast treatment to the glass. Simple, yet stylish and beautiful. We also spent a lot of thoughts on the connector of the tripod to the lamp. We started with aluminum; however, in consideration with its color and weight, eventually we decided to go with bronze. We made the connector into just one single piece for simplicity and rigidity. Our Vintage Motorcycle Table Lamp comes with a short aluminum tripod and is height adjustable from 21 to 34cm.

They've been allowing us lots of room for imagination, providing us with the freedom of creating "something special". Thanks to the two architects' trust, we were able to begin our work. Whether it's for personal or group use, we design offices, file rooms, and storage rooms for work to be carried out in a clean, tidy environment. Large conference rooms are designed for various types of meetings, relaxation rooms are also included for exhausted employees. For the hallway where guests are welcomed, we've made use of retro, rugged pitch faced stones and rusted plates, that administer a sense of groundbreaking originality, in the architectural pioneer's "creating from nothing" spirit. On the other end, the peak of the city can be viewed from far. Situated in open space, the office area represents a place where dreams are bred. We've adapted a touch of industrial style design, matched with vivid colours, in order to depict this middle zone where focus and flexibility are both required. This office symbolizes a journey from the untouched wilderness to a civilized metropolitan area. Thus, the combination of two different characteristics in a harmonious mix highlights the key feature of the office.

A collaborative Interior Design Project with Taiwanese Artists Master Wei Bin Hsu and Miss Tsao. With natural resources becoming increasingly scarce, we wanted to look towards the conservation of nature in this project by using natural sustainable and recycled materials in the design. A combination of these materials were used to create a cozy and comfortable home environment with notes of modern styling. In the foyer, the existing slate flooring has been retained and cleaned to showcase its beautiful, natural texture and colours. Inherently, this resulted in reduced waste and a part of the apartment’s history was retained. The living room and dining features many handcrafted pieces of furniture made from wood, rattan and metal producing an Arcadian quality throughout the spaces, which not only adds character but also a liveliness unique to this home. A bespoke suspended light fixing hovers juxtaposed to the handcrafted dining table and with its intricately detailed metal shade, brings an industrial flavour to contrast against the natural materials. Part of the wall behind where the TV console is located has been hand contoured and left raw, which runs and collides with the smooth painted finish of the other wall surfaces. A full height set of glass sliding doors and windows spans the width of the living room, leading off to the balcony, providing spectacular views out to the ocean. The kitchen has been given a more rustic and raw look with exposed blockwork and cement finished walls which are balance with clean looking stainless steel kitchen equipment and wood detailing of the island table and door frames. No page has been left unturned, including the maid’s room located off the kitchen. The styling, although simplistic, yields an undeniably light, comfortable, at-home ambience which would be the envy of many a person. Moving into the private quarters, the relaxation room is enclosed behind a set of solid wood sliding doors, complete with intriguing oil rubbed bronze ironmongery. Inside, the styling echoes the minimalistic qualities of Scandinavian design, the perfect place to sit back and relax with a book and a glass of wine. This room also has its own adjoining guest toilet with a solid wood vanity top and platform, wooden wall panels and stone wall and floor finishes. Located directly opposite the relaxation room is the private study. It is both spacious and light complete with its own ocean views. The rustic theme of bespoke furniture continues in this room, giving the overall area a first-class quality. The built-in shelf features illuminated pattern glass panels which also looks into the master bedroom. Entering the master bedroom, the ambience is light and spacious and comes with its own walk in closet. The walls behind the bed and in the shower area have been finished in cement with a stucco-like quality. The wash hand basin itself it located independently outside of the shower area separate from the bath, shower and toilet. The simplistic styling echoes throughout this home within the furniture and lighting that appears around this home. Accomplishing their goals, the Taiwanese artists’ focus was on reusing discarded materials such as wood, iron, stainless steel, bamboo and plastic to create the furniture carefully designed for each area of the home. The main goal was to promote the use of sustainable design by efficiently incorporating the reuse of valuable, limited resources in their creations. As environmental awareness is something we are also passionate about, this allowed for both designer and artists to collaborate and work artistically together with great success.
