Introduction：
SUNAC · PENGHUI ESTATE · MAGNOLIA PALACE is jointly developed by SUNAC and PENGHUI.
Located in Ruyi District, Hohhot City, the project is an upscale residential community. And the planning gives priority to landscape in order to create a fresh, simple and delicate image of the community and comfortable public environment for occupants to socialize and enjoy a leisurely time. The cozy community enables people to better get close to nature and forget troubles with trees, flowers and water around.
With a beautiful landscape, the community has a symmetrical layout with higher altitude at north side, which not only presents a sense of ritual and dignified ambience for residents, but also adds amazing views for the skyline and enriches layers of the city. The fa?ade adopts the modernist style and seeks to be in harmonious match with landscape, hence creating a dignified, tranquil and peaceful high-end residence.
The project is equipped with a 1200-square-meter building featuring modernist style, which is used as sales center at the early stage. A 24-meter-wide double-skin glass wall on the middle is highlight of fa?ade design, connecting oblique planes on the two sides as transition to draw line of sight.
