Interior Design:
l Actual project-work plan, scenes and sketches, the number of photos is 10-20, the number of scenes is not less than 6;

Architectural Design:
Design plan (general layout, floor plan), renderings, sketches, photographed images, analysis graphics, cross-section drawings, and structural details. The number of pictures is 15-20.
Intelligent Architecture Design:

Renderings, dimensional drawings, detailed drawings, necessary structure drawings, physical dimensions and so on.
Visual communication, service design: general renderings, partial renderings, design description, work name, etc. The number of photos is 1-6.
● Visual Communication, service design: overall renderings, partial renderings, design description, names of works and so on
Fashion Design: Physical photos, renderings, structural drawings or process drawings or accessory structure drawings, design instructions, etc.
● Digital Media:
Video Time: The length of the video is 1 minute -- 30 minutes; the format includes, but is not limited to, microinterviews, microrecordings, animations, scientific experiments, talk shows, microfilms, etc.

Please send the IAI prize-winning entries to the designated address before the 2021 award ceremony, and affix the following label on the package or boxes of the exhibited works

● Work back to send
After the designated withdrawal of IAI design works, the participants should be responsible for the withdrawal and return of their models after the award ceremony.If you need to entrust IAI organizing Committee to return the mail, please download and fill in the return information registration form, overdue will not be accepted.Participants are responsible for their own transportation, customs, etc.The works in China will be returned in the form of collect, and the works abroad will be returned by the participants according to the specified withdrawal date, such as express waybill, proforma invoice, cargo loading and unloading list, etc., and contact the express company specialist to pick up the pieces at the designated place.

* It should be noted that you are responsible for the collection of the entries;
* Please contact the organizing committee and pay the commission fee if you need to withdraw your works from the exhibition as well as send them back. 200 RMB will be charged for withdrawing works from the exhibition with an area of less than 1x 1 square meters. For works larger than 1 x 1 square meters, 400RMB as a service fee will be charged. The transportation fee will be charged separately according to the actual cost;
* The participant who chooses to exhibit the prototype or model shall bear all cost risks associated with storage and/or the delivery of returning;
* Please note that the pick-up time of entries is binding. We will charge for the uncollected products at the end of the term;
* Prototypes over the following sizes will be charged with 400 RMB as a transportation fee (1250px x 1250px x 1250px);
* Please ensure that the product is delivered by the customs-free trade-in goods (delivered after duty). If you decide to import your works temporarily, please appoint a freight forwarder instead of a courier or parcel company. For more information, please contact your nearest customs office.
● Yearbook Photo Requirements
※ After the announcement of the second assessment's results, you can re-upload the photos or revise them;
※ The organizer may request the winners to re-provide photos of some entries according to the actual situation of the yearbook publication. If photos of the winning entries need to be retaken, the organizers will contact the winners in advance and inform them. In addition, some pictures may be slightly modified to maintain the unity of the overall tone of the yearbook and some pictures may be cropped to match the layout. We thank you for your understanding of such changes.
※ Please submit entries in the official member space. The entries are in RGB mode with a resolution of 350DPI (680 * 430 pixels) and are stored in JPEG, JPG, PNG format.
※The maximum size of the winning entries shown on the official website is 880pix 880pix, with a resolution of 72dpi.
