Hao Ninghui has won many awards at home and abroad, such as the Red Dot Award for three times, the IF Award for two times, the US IDEA Design Award Gold Award, and designed more than 200 design projects, such as the twenty largest stamps of the CPC, the vacuum tube maglev flying train with a speed of 4000 kilometers per hour, the new generation of intercontinental nuclear missile vehicle of the People's Liberation Army Dongfeng, and the Navy Red River Ship of the People's Liberation Army.

Compiled 6 monographs, presided over 5 national level scientific research projects (including 1 national major project), presided over and participated in 3 provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, and published a total of 40 academic papers.
