Victoria Lu, American of Chinese Ancestry, is a famous curator and art critic. He used to be the creative director of the Shanghai Museum of Contemporary Art, the artistic director of the Shanghai Bund 18 Creative Center, the creative director of the Beijing Lianghe Museum of Contemporary Art, and the creative director of the Beijing Modern Art Museum. He is currently the head teacher of the Master of Film Business Management&Fashion Aesthetics at the ESCAC Film and Audiovisual College in Barcelona, the professor of the Creative Industry Seminar at the Taipei Academy of Practice, and the creative director of ASIA FILM PLUS Film and Television. He has also served as a full-time professor in the School of Design of Taiwan Shiyan University, a part-time professor in the Institute of Museology of Furen University in Taiwan, and a curator in Asia of the California International Art Foundation, a director of the Taipei Contemporary Art Museum Foundation, and a visiting professor in the Department of History and Theory of the School of Fine Arts of Shanghai University. He studied at the Royal Academy of Arts in Brussels, Belgium, and received a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from California State University.
