Yao Zhennan, born in 1946.10.26, specializes in garden plant cultivation, production, nursery operation management, landscape architecture design, and construction. He has long been engaged in the production of garden seedlings and landscape architecture design, construction and building. One of the authors of the "Technical Specifications for Urban Garden Nursery Seedling" issued by the Ministry of Construction in 1979. In 2005, he was hired by Professor Yu Kongjian, Dean of Beijing University's Landscape Design Research Institute to teach the "Landscape Contstrucing" course of the Graduate School. Since 2006, he has been an expert in the evaluation of major municipal public construction projects in Shanghai. ( Has successively undertaken such projects as the Shanghai World Expo Park special landscape project Houtan Park, Bailianjing Park, etc., Lingang New Town, Dishui Lake surrounding ecological green space construction project, Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden soil improvement special project, Shanghai Yanzhong green space reconstruction and upgrade special project, ecological special projects in the outer ring of Shanghai, more than a hundred items and so on.
